What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is from 2pm but give us a call if you are arriving earlier and we will facilitate an early check-in if at all possible.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, please give us a call if you will be arriving after 6pm and we will arrange a Late Check-in for you.

 Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Tin Can Bay Motel are non-smoking

Do you have a restaurant?

No, we encourage you to try a number of restaurants in Tin Can Bay.

Do you have room service?

No but if there is anything you need, just ask and we will try to accommodate your request.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we have FREE WIFI internet.

Are you Pet Friendly?

No... We were in the past, however we have had a number of pet related issues resulting in our decision to not allow pets any longer.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a garden barbeque area.

 Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have a pool by the barbeque area.

How close are you to the shops?

2 minutes by car to Tin Can Bay Shopping Centre and 10 minutes by car to Cooloola Cove Shopping Centre.

How close are you to restaurants?

Tin Can Bay Motel is within 2-5 minutes by car to a number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Barnacles, Tin Can Bay Country Club, The Snack Shack, Sleepy Lagoon Hotel and Cooloola Coast Bowls Club. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

Do you have Television?

Yes, 40"+ flat screen TV in all rooms.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival date to avoid a fee equal to the value of the first night’s accommodation.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Valid credit card details are required to secure and guarantee your booking, or a $150 cash bond.
